Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
  2. Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and copywriters, to create engaging marketing collateral.
  4. Manage the execution, monitoring, and reporting of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and improvement.
  6. Report and analyze performance on marketing campaigns
  7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and apply this knowledge in your work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools
  • Knowledge of Google platforms (SEM, GDN, Analytics…)
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
